48-hour returns
You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
How to return
Starting a return takes a few minutes:
- Open the delivered order in My Orders
- Choose the items and a reason, and add photos if they help
- Keep the items ready in their packaging
- We arrange the pickup from your door
Try & Buy orders
With Try & Buy, you try items at your door and pay only for what you keep, so there is no separate return afterwards. The ₹200 trial fee is not refundable.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we ask for your bank details when you start the return.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety, these cannot be returned once opened:
- Beauty products and cosmetics
- Fragrances
- Innerwear and swimwear
- Items marked Final Sale
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, start a return within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
